My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The room was well thought out with a large bathroom, separate shower, and a very comfortable bed that made the whole trip just lovely. To top it off, I had a real room with a view overlooking the pond and fountain. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff in the catering areas making sure everything was just perfect. The location was exceptional, offering a lovely setting worth a stroll. The dining experience was fantastic, especially at The Orangery, and the facilities were amazing overall. However, the room on Sunday afternoon felt a bit off with an odd setup, lacking character or a view, contrasting with the normally clean and quiet atmosphere, and the food sadly wasn't very appealing at times.
